An estate bottled wine, produced 100% from the Sauvignon Blanc variety. The vinification starts immediately after harvest and it begins with the white varieties as they are first ripe. The processes of vinification takes place in special inox tanks and wooden vats. In order to achieve proper kinetics of the fermentation, each tank and vat is separately controlled and monitored for temperature, with data being graphically displayed several times a day.

The nose is remarkable, with forest berries aroma; the dominant raspberry and strawberry notes are complemented with discreet blossom hints. The taste is medium-bodied, fruity and well balanced, with a long aftertaste.

A dry rosé wine created by blending several grape varieties, 48% Sangiovese, 20% Montepulciano, 12% Arinarnoa and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, through application of the so-called “saignee” method. This method enables a few hours of a direct contact of the grape juice with the grape skins, resulting in an outstanding pale pink color of the wine.

A dry red wine produced as a blend from carefully selected grapes in our vineyards from the distinguished varieties: Vranec (40%), Merlot (40%) and Carmenere (20%). The wine is characterized with a ruby red color. The aroma is complex; the dominant fruity-spicy character reveals ripe morello cherries complemented with discrete vanilla undertones. The taste is full-bodied, with a velvety soft structure and with a long aftertaste.

The vineyards are located on the hills with a southern slope exposition. The surrounding mountains enable excellent microclimatic preconditions for the vines.

Pneumatic punch-down system gives exceptional color extraction with very fine tannins and retain all aromatic compounds. The maturation process is carried out under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions. 31 months aged in new French and American oak barrels.

Defined by a deep ruby red color with dark red hues. A genuine reserva wine with a recognizable, ripe, abundant nose with a fruity and spicy character. This wine unveils berries combined with liquorice, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and mint, complemented with vanilla and spice tones. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious, with a solid structure, impressive and strong tannins and with a long and pleasant aftertaste that marks this wine with a particular charm.
