On the palate it shows medium body, hints of green grapefruit and white plum skin, with a crispy acidity. Incisive and persistent finish, which makes it a good wine for food pairing.

This wine comes from our best parcels of Syrah. Its intense pink colour fits perfectly with hints of acidulous, red fruit, strawberries and cherries. Bright finish, it surprises you with a nice roundness and freshness, making it a perfect summer wine.
