Clear, light, rosé color. Summery sensations on the nose with hints of strawberries, pink peach and watermelon. Also impressions of roses and soft herbs. 'Primi Piatti' and pasta with tomatoes or tomato sauce, tuna tartare, salad with salmon, risotto, Thai (spicy) chicken dishes or simply as a summer aperitif.
- climate

Warm maritime climate (Mediterranean). Warm dry summers influenced by the sirocco absorbing moisture from the sea during its journey from the Sahara to the north.
- soil
-
The soil consists largely of terra rossa (ferrous clay with sand) with a lower layer of limestone. Ideal for the grapevine.
- vinification
-
As good as pure Negroamaro with a few percent other grapes. Gentle crushing of the grapes, allowing the juice to soak briefly on its pellets, after which the fermentation is started in stainless steel vats under low temperature. The wine is then separated from its sediments, matured briefly in stainless steel and then bottling.
