A medium-bodied wine with wonderful aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a hint of apricot. The palate has a good structure with a hint of minerality. Flavours of apricot and raspberry dominate the palate with a lingering dried peach in the aftertaste.

The soils of Stellenbosch range from dark alluvium to clay
Pinot Noir (85%), Cinsaut (8%), Pinotage (7%). Bottling in January 2014. Maturation: few months in french oak barrels. Ageing potential: 3-4 years.
