(price per unit)
Light yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, including lemon and grapefruit, complemented by mineral notes. The palate is light and lively, with beautifully balanced acidity. The mid-palate reveals a richer texture and a saline touch typical of the region. A perfect balance of richness, finesse and freshness.
A lighter version of its bigger brother, this wine is ideal as an aperitif or, like Chablis, with oysters, seafood and the pure flavours of the sea.
