climate

Puglia (Apulia) comes from the Roman A-Pluvia, which means without rain. This already says a lot about the climate. Mediterranean climate with very warm and dry summers and mild winters with limited precipitation.

soil

Poor, red sandy soils rich in iron and lime.

vinification

100% Primitivo. After picking, the wine is gently crushed and a short maceration on the pellets follows, during which fermentation is started under controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. There it remains for another year before being bottled.
